On Dec. 5, 2005, plaintiff Connor Gerrad, one and a half, was attacked by defendant Michael J. Morris's dog in Crestline. Plaintiff was playing in his grandmother's front lawn when the dog ran up and attacked him.

Plaintiff's father, Darren Gerrard, witnessed the incident.
