The plaintiff was southbound on 4th Avenue South in Seattle, traveling in the left of two southbound lanes. The plaintiff contended that the defendant, who was also southbound on 4th Avenue South, and who was traveling in the right hand southbound lane, attempted to make a U-turn from that lane crossing the left southbound lane directly in front of his vehicle that made the defendant's striking his vehicle.
