Plaintiffs John Frederick and Stacey Kortland and defendant Anthony Arias each claimed that the other made an unsafe lane change on the 91 Freeway causing plaintiffs' vehicle to roll over.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant contended that the accident was plaintiffs' fault and the plaintiffs' medical treatment was not reasonable or necessary.
