Facts

ICU Medical Inc. held patents relating to its needle-free I.V. connector technology. RyMed Technologies Inc. manufactured an InVision Plus I.V. connector.

ICU filed suit against RyMed, alleging patent infringement.

The jury found that ICU's patents were valid and that RyMed's connector had infringed on the patents.
