Facts

Environmental Law Foundation filed suit against Beech-Nut Nutrition Corp. and other food manufacturers, demanding health warnings on baby foods' 100 percent fruit juices and packaged fruits and vegetable products. They claimed that the products should carry health warnings because they contain lead at levels in violation of Proposition 65.

Result

The Court rejected the environmental group's demand.
