Facts
On July 22, 2009, Edward Osmun was driving when he was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by Melissa Land. Osmun sued Land, alleging that she was negligent in the operation of her vehicle. Osmun argued that Land had failed to properly keep a lookout and stop before hitting his vehicle.
Land did not dispute liability.
Injuries
Osmun claimed injuries to his neck and back.
