On June 28, 1997, at approximately 2:30 a.m., plaintiff motorcyclist was riding his 1977 BMW motorcycle on Harrison in the center (number three lane) of a five lane street. At the intersection with 10th Street, defendant Ronen, driving defendant FreemanÆs 1967 Buick Skylark, suddenly turned left from the number four lane, across the plaintiffÆs path, cutting him off, and causing him to hit the Buick.
