Facts
Plaintiff Hanley, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling southbound on Cahuenga Boulevard in Los Angeles. As plaintiff's vehicle entered the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Mulholland Drive, defendant Berkley, traveling northbound on Cahuenga Boulevard, proceeded to make a left turn in front of plaintiff's vehicle and causing a collision.
Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Hanley contended that Berkley was in violation of California Vehicle Code section 21801(A) for making an unsafe left turn into oncoming traffic.
