The claimants sold their mobile mammography unit to the respondent. There was a holdback of $90,000 of the
purchase price to be released upon the following yearsÆ sales. The sales were 99.6 percent of projection and the
claimants claimed $88,740 was due.
The respondents denied anything was due and relied on the terms of the agreement.
The claimants argued a typographical error relied upon by the respondents should be reformed.
