The claimant and a friend were patronizing the respondentÆs restaurant and bar, when the respondentÆs employees
asked for proof of identification to verify legal age. The respondent contended an argument ensued and the
plaintiffs were asked to leave. The claimants refused to leave and were being escorted out when they became
physically combative and had to be restrained.
