The plaintiffs, Werku Demisse, a 63-year-old longshoreman and Constance Demisse, a 51-year-old homemaker,
contended they were operating a Chevrolet Blazer on Highway 99 when the defendant who was operating a
Honda struck the plaintiffsÆ vehicle from the rear.
