Plaintiff Orna Cohen alleged that she slipped and fell on water while she was at the cash register to check out items at Costco.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Cohen claimed that Costco failed to clean the area in a timely fashion. Cohen further claimed that Costco's employee admitted that he knew that water was on the floor and failed to clean it.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Costco claimed that no water was on the floor and further, that Cohen did not mention any water at the time of her fall and preparation of the incident report.
