Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Guerra filed suit against Dang, alleging motor vehicle negligence. Guerra contended that she was stopped on the ramp when she was rear-ended.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Dang admitted liability, but disputed Guerra's claimed injuries.
Damages
Guerra sought damages of $16,630 for past medical costs, as well as $6,010 for past lost earnings, and $60,000 for future medical expenses.
Injuries
Guerra claimed lower back and knee injuries.
