Facts

Plaintiffs Robert and Kimberly Berry were among several people who bought homes from defendants Ashbrook-San Marcos LLC and Ashbrook Development (collectively Ashbrook). Plaintiffs sued Ashbrook contending that their homes contained several construction defects. Ashbrook cross-complained against Price Brothers Concrete Inc. and several other subcontractors.

Result

Price Brothers settled the cross-claim for $39,500.
