Facts

On April 29, 2006, Albert Long waited at a bus stop. A bus driven by Joann Stamps, and owned by the city and county of San Francisco and San Francisco Municipal Railway, hit Long and killed him. Christine Rampola and Victoria Long sued Stamps and the owners of the bus for vehicular negligence and wrongful death.

Injuries

The plaintiffs claimed death.

Result

The jury found in favor of the defense.
