Facts

Plaintiff Christina Adams requires the use of a motorized wheelchair. Defendant Erik's DeliCafe is a public facility located in defendant King's Plaza Shopping Center. The Center is owned by defendants George Ow Jr., David L. Ow, and Terry L. Ow. Adams filed suit on Aug. 8, 2006 alleging violations of the ADA.

Result

The parties settled for $15,000, with an additional $27,239 for attorney fees and costs. There was no admission of liability by defendants.
