Wells Fargo Advisors LLC filed a complaint against Besart Morina, in connection with promissory notes.

Contentions

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent allegedly executed two promissory notes during his employment with claimant. Respondent allegedly breached those promissory notes.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent sought to repay the said notes over time.

Damages

Wells Fargo Advisors sought repayment of $68,691 the principal owed under the first note plus interest. Wells Fargo Advisors sought repayment of $129,549 plus interest for the second unpaid note.

Result

The parties reached a settlement. Thereafter the arbitrator entered an award finding Morina liable to Wells Fargo Advisors for $198,239 plus interest, $3,825 in filing fees, $7,000 in attorney fees and expenses, and additional fees and costs owed under the parties' stipulation.
