Maya Vlanin filed suit against the City and County of San Francisco after stepping into a pothole and tripping. She alleged that the Defendants were negligent based on their failure to adequately maintain a crosswalk.

Injuries

Vlanin suffered severe abrasions to her left arm and multiple pelvic fractures.

The parties settled for $95,000.
