Facts

In 1995, the plaintiffs and defendants entered into an oral partnership regarding the purchase and operation of a bed and breakfast. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendant to dissolve the partnership and for an accounting. The defendant filed a counterclaim based on various theories of recovery, all of which were dismissed except a breach of contract claim based on a "lockout" from the premises.
