Facts
Plaintiff John Dorame, age 23, was a delivery man who, in the course and his job, went into defendant's storage room to check product level. The plaintiff claimed that someone turned light out while he was in the storage room. The plaintiff also claimed that the storage room was too crowded and unreasonably dangerous. The plaintiff tripped over a mop bucket which he claimed should not have been in the storage room. The defendant contended that the storage room was lighted at all times and was used for appropriate purposes and it was not crowded. The defendant further contended the plaintiff assumed the risk of injuries and was contributory negligent.
