Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
The city contended that Sportsmen's owed $17,597 in Parking Taxes and $1,560,669 in Transient Taxes.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Sportsmen's denied the city's allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
