Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Pantoja was laid off on Sept. 15, 2011. Pantoja then sued So Cal Value for disability discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
So Cal Value denied Pantoja's allegations, and asserted various affirmative defenses. Among those defenses, it argued that Pantoja had not presented evidence to support his claims.

Result

The court granted summary judgment for So Cal Value.
