PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs were employed as waitresses, from 2004 to 2010. They claimed they were harassed on a daily basis by the owners and managers of the restaurant due to their race. Among other things, they were prohibited from serving certain customers, prevented in speaking in their language, and constantly accused of misconduct. They were also regularly denied regular and overtime wages. Eventually, they were terminated.

Result

Plaintiffs were awarded $1,522.
