Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
GSI contended that defendants engaged in anticompetitive conduct by conspiring to keep, and keeping, GSI out of the high-performance "DRAM" market, misappropriating its trade secrets, deceiving GSI and a third party, and concealing information from them. Furthermore, defendants allegedly conspired to interfere with GSI's prospective economic relationship with the third party.

Result

The jury found that United Memory Inc. was liable for breach of contract and awarded GSI $953,400. It did not find Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. liable on any claims.
