Facts

Playboy Enterprises International Inc. filed a trademark lawsuit against Play Beverages LLC, seeking an injunction to stop Play Beverages from selling the Playboy Energy Drink.

Result

The Court denied Playboy's motion and dismissed the case, finding that Playboy's lawsuit was inappropriate under the forum selection clause of the license agreement between Playboy and Play Beverages.
