Facts
Defendant Christian Lehman drove a motorcycle on which plaintiff Julie Engell sat as a passenger. While Lehman and Engell were on the motorcycle, a vehicle made a left turn and hit the motorcycle at an intersection. Engell sued Lehman and the driver of the other vehicle for motor vehicle negligence. Lehman denied he was negligent. The driver of the other vehicle settled.
