Facts
On Nov. 25, 2008, plaintiff's son was leaving a concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim. As he was leaving, he ran across the westbound lanes of traffic on Katella Avenue and attempted to jump over a concrete barrier and open median separating the westbound and eastbound lanes. Plaintiff's son fell to his death.

Plaintiff claimed dangerous condition of public property and negligence.
DEFENDANT CONTENTIONS:
Defendants claimed that the accident was solely the fault of the decedent.
