Facts

On Aug. 30, 1998, the plaintiffs, Bernard Green and Cassandra Green, were riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle
on the Interstate 80 freeway near Omaha, Nebraska. They lost control and crashed after the rear Dunlop tire on
their motorcycle failed. The plaintiffs brought this action based on negligence and strict liability theories of
recovery.
