Facts

On Dec. 15, 1997, Albert Jones, 66, drove to 2600 south Parker Road in Aurora for a doctorÆs appointment. First Cornerstone Management is the building owner/property
manager.

Injuries

The plaintiff alleged wrist fractures, which required surgery and pins that were removed, a lumbar fracture and physical impairment. He claimed non-economic losses and losses for impairment.

Other Information

There was a final demand of $75,000 before trial preceded by a $150,000 demand at a settlement conference. There was a final $10,000 statutory offer of settlement preceded by a $5,000 offer.
