Plaintiffs worked for defendant Mohammedi. Plaintiffs accused defendants of committing wage fraud. Plaintiffs alleged that the remaining defendants issued bonds that guaranteed their wages. Plaintiffs alleged that defendants owed them unpaid wages and unpaid overtime wages.

Damages

Plaintiffs sought unpaid wages and overtime pay as well as penalties and interest.

Result

American Contractors and Suretec agreed to settle plaintiffs' claim for $648,929.
