PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff claimed she was the chief business officer for the District when she was demoted to a teaching position after she had complained about the District's mismanagement of funds.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant contended plaintiff was demoted because she was incompetent.
