Plaintiff alleged that he was rear-ended by defendant, and he suffered injuries result, and plaintiff sued defendant for negligence.

Injuries

Plaintiff claimed he suffered from a disc bulging in his spine, and continued to experience pain in his back despite treatment.

Result

The parties reached a $140,000 settlement, which included $15,588 for past medical expenses, $17,644 for past loss of earnings, and the rest for pain and suffering.
