Sole practitioner charged as opiate trafficker
Downey attorney Jackie Ferrari has been charged with illegally selling oxycodone pills after advertising them on Craigslist.
Downey sole practitioner Jackie Ferrari has been charged with illegally selling oxycodone pills after advertising them on Craigslist.
Members of a federal task force arrested Ferrari on Friday night. She was charged with selling 50 pills of oxycodone for $1,200 on Jan. 10 to an informant working with law enforcement.
If convicted, Ferrari, 36, faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
