SANTA ROSA - Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Arthur A. Wick helped put the city of Windsor on the map.

Literally.

Shortly after the Long Beach native moved to the area, he got involved with a group of Windsor citizens who wanted to incorporate. Wick helped form a political action committee and in 1992, after a ballot initiative and 6½ years of work, Windsor was official.
