SAN FRANCISCO - Samuel Feng got into the law to put his language skills to good use. And while the superior court judge no longer has Chinese-speaking clients, he still enjoys reaching out to the immigrant community to educate people about the law and the courts.
"I would love people to say that as an immigrant, you can be a judge - there are endless possibilities," Feng said.
