
SANTA MONICA -- In Judge Bobbi Tillmon's courtroom, everyone is on a last name basis because calling witnesses, for example, by their first names could be interpreted as demeaning by the jurors.
Even if it's a slip of the tongue, she said she'll interject to remind people of the court rule.
