LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Renee F. Korn said she can be a bad judge of character. But that’s one of the things she thinks makes her a good judge.
Rather than make up her mind based on opinionated and conflicting interpretations of a situation, Korn said she realized in college that only cold hard facts can form the bedrock of an informed decision.
