Claimant Joan Levin brought an NASD arbitration claim against Respondent Wedbush Morgan Securities Inc. The claimant alleged unauthorized trading, churning, negligence, failure to supervise, misrepresentations/non-disclosures, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
