Christopher Clark was involved in a civil litigation. At one point, the respondent, Larson Financial Securities LLC, settled with the related customers in the case for $250,000.

Contentions

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: In his first statement of claim, Clark requested an expungement of his Central Registration Depository records as to the litigation.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: The respondent notified the arbitrator that it would not participate regarding Clark's expungement matter.

Result

It was recommended that Clark's record be expunged. It was found that it was impossible that the allegation against Clark could be true. Clark was only an observer in connection with the account in question.
