Bradley Glasman filed an arbitration claim against Prudential Equity Group LLC. in relation to expungement of 21 customer disputes dating back to the late 1990's to 2004.

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Claimant contended that he was not aware that he had lost business due to the numerous amount of old claims and wanted to clear up his Central Registration Depository record.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: Respondents denied any allegation of wrongdoing and took no position on claimant's request for expungement.

The arbitrator recommended expungement of six complaints but denied expungement of 15 complaints.
