Brian J. Rener filed an arbitration claim against UBS Financial Services Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. in relation to customer dispute information included in his registration records maintained by the Central Registration Depository and the Form U4 termination disclosure filed by Centauraus Financial, Inc., as part of his CRD records.

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Rener alleged that the customer dispute information, Occurrence Numbers 143726 and 234926, should be expunged from his CRD records. Further, Rener contended that the termination disclosure, Occurrence Number 221725, should be expunged from his CRD records because it was defamatory.

RESPONDENTS' CONTENTIONS: UBS denied wrongdoing but did not oppose Rener's request for expungement. Oppenheimer refused to consent to Rener's request for expungement.
