Bonwick Capital Partners LLC filed suit against respondents Boustead Securities LLC and Network 1 Financial Services Inc. in relation to the Shineco IPO.

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Claimant contended that respondent intentionally interfered with the underwriting agreement signed between Shineco IPO Deal attorneys and claimant in January 2016 in which respondent was not a party. Claimant also contended that respondents were unjustly enriched when respondent received payments from Shineco IPO from the underwriting agreement between Shineco and respondent Network 1 and the selected dealer agreement between respondent Network 1 and Monarch Bay Securities for the Shineco IPO.

Plaintiff asserted causes of action for intentional interference with contractual relations, unjust enrichment, money had and received, accounting and violation of good faith and fair dealing.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: Respondent denied claimant's statement of the claim.

Result

Claimant's claims were denied in their entirety.
