Facts

Wells Fargo Advisors filed suit against Jiraeyer Kharatian, asserting causes of action for breach of promissory notes. Kharatian, as part of his employment with Wells Fargo, executed the promissory notes.

Result

The arbitration panel found that Kharatian was liable to Wells Fargo for $427,696.24, plus interest. The panel also awarded Wells Fargo $7,985.68 in attorneys' fees and $3,8250 in filing fees.
